Whats going on??

Ok heres the scoop around the office. The company is owned by a family, a dad, mom and son. It's a small company that is based off very contradictory conditions. I'll get to that later. Basicly I'm their first employ and I work on graphics for them. the dad is the owner, the mom is the vice president and the son is the manager of sales...(hes like the only sales rep). we have a packaing crew, a shipping man, production crew and printing crew. Did i forget to mention its a CD/DVD Replication plant? We also have a few CSR's and a few other graphics people along with me. A couple of key names that will come up will be Jill, a woman in her 40's who's had a hard life and is pretty much dirt poor even though she works all the time. Her main quest in life would be able to find a filthy rich old man whos about too pass away, take all his money and have down and dirty sex with some random cubano guy. Fred, a graphics guy who seems to have an unique opinion on the world and an all around good guy but is delt the wrong set of cards every morning. And Jim, a special older man who does it job to the best of his ability every day and doesn't complain about anything. He's been in shipping his whole life and loves nothing more then to get the job done. I'll mintion others randomly but these people affect my day at the office a little more then the rest. Many people leave after a few weeks because of the crazy hold the higher ups have upon us. Like typical buisness people they want everything for free and it they dont get it, your gone pretty much. This is just an intro to my story, I'm going to let off a little steam every few days and let everyone know whats going on in this typical office space setting. Along with the updated stories Ill let you guys know about the past more too so you can understand the frustration that goes on in this little echosystem I call work. Let's just say no one would be their if they could find something else. Now for me, I've told you I'm on the graphics team their but I'm also ahead of the keeping the network up and operation and any computer problems / random jobs I take care of. This is enough to get us started through this zoo of crazyness and deceit. Let the games begin!!
